Requirements -

2+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in QSR or hospitality.

Oversee payroll, employee records, compliance, & recruitment.
Manage attendance, leave, grievances, and employee engagement.
Ensure labor law compliance and HR policy implementation.
Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisals.
Maintain HR databases, generate reports, & support process improvements.
Proficient in HR software with strong multitasking & problem-solving skills.
