Position: Manager – Strategic Initiatives
Location: Gurugram.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Strategic Initiatives of our organization

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualising and implementing new business initiatives /model/ channel and
diversify the existing business into new channels.
2. Do the business modelling / work on business viability of the concept.
3. Lead the execution in terms of liasioning with Govt bodies, tendering and negotiations.
4. Implementation of the new projects.

Requirement:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Experience of 7-10 years in a similar role.
3. MBA from a good institute.
4. Preferably having worked in mall strategy team, real estate advisory teams.
