About the role:
The Business Development Executive (Showroom Executive) increases sales, market
share, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by working with the customers,
contractors, architects, and designers (and their clients). Our Business Development
Executive (Showroom Executive) provides expert product knowledge, selection
assistance, and customer service.

About the company:
The company is one of the largest manufacturers, importers & exporters of Marble.
They have varieties of over 900 marbles, sourced from over 45 countries & exported to
over 66 countries. They have completed over 50,000 projects, both residential &
commercial including for their domestic & international clients. They use eco-friendly
procedures to build their marble & have over 150 dealers in India. They have their
Marble boutique, 9th Avenue, known as the World's Largest Stone Gallery.

The work life of the will be:
● Work with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.) in
planning and product selection
● Possess a professional, knowledgable, positive, and energetic attitude
● Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and
written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and motivation to hook the
customer into using PBM for their job
● Assist manager in marketing campaigns
● Maintain accurate and organized files
● Work with Outside Sales Staff and Counter Sales Staff to assist in following up
with customers
● Develop long-term relationships with industry customers (i.e. designers)
Business Development Executive| (Bhandup)

● Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer
desire and needs
● Use appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders
and maintain excellent communication with all contacts
● Assist with special projects such as special events and display changes
● Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business
● Follow company policies and procedures

The applicant must have:
● Bachelor's degree (Minimum)
● Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or showroom management experience
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software

Commitments:
● Work-from-office
● 6 days working - Sunday off
● Timings: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
