Description:
Responsibility includes but not limited to:
You’ll be solving clients and customers' queries.
You’ll be contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service using scripts.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
You’ll keep records of calls and sales.
You’ll be responsible for understanding the customer's requirements.
You must acquire and maintain a customer database.
You must direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
You must take orders and process them in an accurate manner.
The applicants must have:
A graduation degree with minimum one year experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Must have sound knowledge about mail drafting and Microsoft Office.
