In-depth knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims processes, & legal implications.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal & written.

Proven ability to manage & mentor a team of claims handlers.

Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with claims management software & tools.

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in motor claims handling, with at least 3-5 years in leadership role.
